Obverse: III2-1
  • Date is set in the Normal position. Spike in the top loop of the first 8.
  • Beveling in the field at Liberty's profile, the jaw/neck junction, the cap vee and the top of the cap.
  • Die crack at the bust point ending in the denticles below LS1.
  • Die crack across the base of the neck ending in the hair curls below the small bear claw.
  • Die crack from the base of the small bear claw ending at the right hair vee.
  • Die crack from above the right hair vee across the hair curls ending below the rear of the cap.
  • Die crack from the back of the cap across the cap fold into the field ending just above the center of the cap top.
  • Die crack from the cap fold across the top cotton leaf into the wheat leaves and the LIB ending just below the L of LIBERTY.
  • Die crack from the top of the neck and across Liberty's cheek ending just behind the mouth.
  • Die crack in the field in front of Liberty's lips ending at the nose tip.
  • Die crack from LS-1 ending at LS-6.
  • Weak die crack just above the E of E PLUR.
  • Weak die crack across the top of NU of UNUM.
Reverse: C3a.
  • II O mint mark is slightly high and set a bit left with a nominal right tilt.
  • Die crack bridge across the lower part of the bow into/across the bottom of LW5.
  • Distinct horizontal polish mark inside the wreath bow.
  • Short diagonal die gouges in middle inner wing feathers of eagle's right wing.
  • Short vertical die gouges at bottom left and right inner wing feathers.
  • Weak cap vee clash at the inside of RW1. Obverse wreath clash polished out.
  • Weak lip and nose bridge clash at the inside of the left wreath. Obverse wreath clash polished out.
  • Liberty's neck clash at the top of the eagle's right wing just below the n of In. Obverse neck clash polished out with no letter transfer.
  • Die crack at the base of RW4-RW5.
  • Weak die crack at the berrys and base of LW4.
  • Die crack from the left star thru UNITED ending at the right wing tip.
  • Weak die crack across the base of the O in ONE.
