Obverse: III2-2
  • Date is set in the Near position. 1 doubled as line below base. 8 strongly doubled at bottom.
  • Weak die crack from the left side of the 1 flag to the bust point.
  • Die crack from bust point to left side of LS1 and out right side ending in the denticles below LS2.
  • Dot at the center of the small bear claw curl.
  • Weak wreath clash at the back of the cap below cap band.
  • Curved lines below cotton bolls.
  • Weak wreath clash at Liberty's lips.
  • Wing clash line at Liberty's neck with possible n transfer below.
Reverse: C3a.
  • Die crack from LW4 into LW5 into the left side of the D of DOLLAR.
  • Die crack from the denticles below the E of ONE into the left side of the D in DOLLAR and out the right side ending at the left side of the O of DOLLAR.
  • Thick polish line in the eagle's left leg triangle void.
  • Weak clash of the cotton boll stems to the right of eagle's left leg.
  • Die gouges in the eagle's right wing at the 5th outer feather from the bottom.
  • Numerous die gouges in the eagle's central left wing and the wing/body junction.
  • Clash line of Liberty's neck at the top of eagles right wing into the bottom of the n of In. Possible letter transfer on Liberty's neck.
  • Curls clash marks at the front of the eagle's neck (beard)and top of head.
  • Cap vee clash at the inside of RW1.
  • Clash of Liberty's nose bridge, lips and chin at the inside of the left wreath. Eye clash just above the olive branch cluster.
  • Die crack between the bottom of the LLAR of DOLLAR ending at the left side of the right star.
  • Die crack from the left side of the O of DOLLAR into/out of the left star ending in the field.
  • Die crack from the right field of and across the tops of UNITED, thru the right wing tip and into the top of ST of STATES. Small break between the D of UNITED and the wing tip.
  • Weak die crack from the field above the A of STATES across the tops of ATES.
  • Short die crack between the O and F of OF. Die crack from the field between O and F that proceeds thru the F into the right wing tip and into/between the AM of AMERICA.
  • Weak die crack across the top of the M of AMERICA.
  • Die crack from the denticles above the M of AMERICA into/thru the tops of ERI and ending in the field above the C of AMERICA.
  • Weak doubling on a few of the leaves in the left and right wreaths.
