  • Date set at the Normal Center position.
  • Fine polish lines throughout the LIBERTY banner. Die scratch across the BE.
  • Fine polish lines around the cotton bolls and stems.
  • Die gouge in the ear opening.
Reverse: C4a.
  • Short horizontal die gouge at eagle's neck right side just below jaw. Two faint thin die scratches on opposite side of neck edge.
