  • Date is slanted and set at the Normal Center position.
  • Heavy polish lines in the LIBERTY banner and around the cotton bolls.
  • Two thick lines inside the ear opening.
  • Thread-like impression on Liberty's eyeball.
  • Thick diagonal polish lines at the upper hair curl.
Reverse: C3a.
  • Weak thick polish lines in the wreath opening.
  • Multi-directional die gouges in the wing-neck gap.
