Obverse: Dashed 8, high 8, 1 doubled at bottom of flag and at top right vertical shaft, first 8 doubled at left inside of upper and lower loops and top inside upper loop, 3 doubled at lower inside margin of lower loop, crack from front of cap bun with displaced field (lower off tangent than V-19A), crack bridging cap V with displacement, crack bridging bottom hair V and continuing to above designer initial, crack crossing toes of bear claw, crack from front hair margin extending vertically into the filed in front of the forehead. Vertical crack crossing the bridge of the nose and passing in front of the nostril, micro-crack connecting LS5-6, no wing clash on obverse (no neck clash on reverse), concentric line bridging cotton bolls, three lines crossing the cap fold, small gouges at bottom of cavum, doubling of right star #6, die chip at the apex of the left arch of the M of UNUM, slight doubling at front of legend and at forehead profile.
Reverse: Weak cap V clash at 0 deg, crack/metal from right wing tip to nearest denticle gap, crack at RW4 laurel berry, micro-crack connecting outside of UNITED and STATES, crack from middle serif of F through left wing tip, crack between RW1 and left wing, micro-crack from right upper R crossing outside I to denticles, diagonal line from upper right leg extending across upper tail feathers, two horizontal lines and one diagonal line crossing inside the bow loop, doubled right wreath, doubled left wreath LW3, doubled st of Trust.
